Parker Russell Italy has obtained the ISAE 3402 – Type II certification, one of the most authoritative international attestations in the field of internal control and the reliability of business processes.
ISAE 3402 (International Standard on Assurance Engagements), issued by the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants), certifies – through an independent audit – the robustness and effectiveness of the internal controls implemented by a service organization.
The Type II certification represents the highest level of the standard: unlike Type I, which only describes the design of controls, Type II also verifies their actual implementation and operational effectiveness over a defined observation period.

Who We Are
Parker Russell Italy stems from the evolution of a long-established professional firm founded in Milan in 2000. In 2023, it joined the international network Parker Russell International, and in 2025 officially adopted its new name, solidifying its role as a strategic partner for Europe.
That same year, Parker Russell Italy strengthened its structure through a merger with a leading Italian consulting firm, initiating a process of operational integration that further enhanced its internal expertise. Simultaneously, it entered into a strategic partnership with LANO, a global platform for managing global payroll, enabling the firm to provide services in over 150 countries.
